If you do not know your shipment tracking number simply type in your order number and your E-mail address.
The order number can be found in the Order Confirmation email that you have received and has the following format: APSHxxxx-yy
Then click the "TRACK" button to get the shipment status of your order.
Please note that you can search only orders made on the online shop.
